Dental office manager Mr. Alex Faigel works for Boston, Massachusetts' Family Dental Group, overseeing the daily functions of fourteen successful offices, which operate as individual neighborhood family dental practices. Alex Faigel focuses his managerial efforts on providing high quality dental care to his patients, while keeping the family dental businesses cost-effective and profitable. His position requires that he increase new patient flow, use efficient medical delivery systems, choose prime locations for new offices, and provide current patients with a positive in-office experience.

In order to maintain high standards and goals, Alex Faigel frequently meets with supervisors from each company to discuss strategies, handle personnel issues, and discuss future plans. Faigel is personally in charge of the Weekly Audit Report, the compilation of the monthly and annual in-house reports, and the handling of the dental companies' finances. In the past, the Babson College alumnus has also been in charge of hiring new dental staff, monitoring employee performance via management evaluations, as well as resolving staff conflicts/issues, and scheduling monthly meetings.

Alex Faigel is the former Vice President of Sales and Marketing at zTrace Technologies Inc., a developer of software that protects sensitive data, inhibits unauthorized access, and tracks hardware in instances of theft or misplacement. Mr. Faigel managed both the marketing and sales teams. His joining the zTrace executive management team has resulted in significant repeated annual sales and revenue increases. He has also headed major public relations efforts, which led to the company being featured in well-respected broadcast and publication medias, such as ABC's Good Morning America, NBC news, Time Magazine, USA Today, CNN, PC Magazine, Laptop Magazine, and Smart Computing Magazine.
